Mark Tarrant is a Sydney lawyer and film-maker. He grew up in Hong Kong and campaigns for the release of Hong Kong’s political prisoners, including Jimmy Lai. Mark's short film ‘2023 Hong Kong Neon - Jimmy Lai in Chains’ screened at the BAFTA-qualifying British Urban Film Festival in 2024.
