Ulrich Schödlbauer is a German philosopher, a university professor in the theory of literature, and a poet and prose fiction author (novels and short stories). His essays are roughly in the tradition of Montaigne, Shaftesbury, Kierkegaard and Nietzsche, combining abstract insights with the idiom of poetry and fiction.
